Though she is bent over on herself completely, with her head sticking out one side and her bound hands sticking out the other, this woman doesn't seem too worried about being suspended in a cage. I like that she seems to have been caught off guard by the photo. She's totally unconcerned about being naked, suspended in a tiny cage.
